I think you ought to discuss your symptoms with your doctor. If you hyperprolatinemia is mild, they may want to watch and wait to see how you do off dostinex. BUT... there is a side effect of osteoporosis for untreated hyperprolactinemia (due to the effects of hyperprolactinemia on the sex steriods). There is also issue with you being a woman and not having periods. It could but you at risk for some kinds of uterine cancers. Here is an interesting FAQ posted by a medical doctor: Have a nice week!
