The rep who i talked to on the phone said that the problems most people have are mixing the meds correct and dosing- not operating the pen itself. I did have some issues putting it togther and i wasted a few shots by priming it wrong- but he sent this amazing pictorial placemat and it was really helpful. Im not against training- its trying to get in to see my doc & rep for the training- she is at the cleve clinic and is often booked solid- not to mention its an hour away. I just wanted to get started with the meds i have waited so long for- i want to feel better and having to wait another month or three months was just silly to me when i had the meds in my fridge.
