I think they focused a little too much on the obesity but after watching it the second time, I noticed a lot more that I didnt pick up on the first time, like the mood swings, one scene she was showing the depression and the other scene where she got angry and violent. Overall I thought it was a good episode. (I am an avid fan of "House", great show, wish all doctors were as straightforward as he is.)
