Have you talked with your doctor? Have you been tested here recently? How are your blood sugar levels? Low blood glucose can be a cause of the shaking feeling.
 
It could be early menopause, but you need to get some tests run to see what your levels are. You are too young to go through this, and it could indicate that your hormones are imbalanced.
