Hi Lisa!
Yes, the Pituitary Chat board is a little different than the Pitutary Tumor board, but what makes the message boards special is that we have wonderful members!
 
As far as your question about HGH and insulin... have you talked with your doctor about your concerns? Make sure you do that!
 
Here is a summary of a paper I found:
 
 
Your insulin sensitivity may increase, or it may not. Your doctor will want to monitor your diabetes and may need to make medication changes.
 
All in all, though studies indicate that GH therapy improves quality of life in hypopituitary patients who had craniopharyngioma.
