No, the pituitary does not control the parathyroid. His physician can run some testing to see if his parathyroid is acting up. Hormone replacement after full pituitary removal is a tricky occupation by any endocrinologist. It is very important he is being seen by a pituitary endocrine specialist. Minnie |
