Thank you for that information. I too get very confused about the range of prolactin levels. I come from the UK and my endo has repeatedly told me that normal prolactin levels are between 0-500, and that was why he described my levels at first as dangerously high at over 40000. With this in mind I would always read people talking about high levels of over 100 and get extra worried that mines were in fact dangerously high. My levels are up and down all the time but are stll considered high right now at about 1500, but thankfully much lower when initially diagnosed.
