Had similar problems with choking, could eat, food would get stuck in throat, sometimes even liquids. Thyroid checked out allright (ultrasound). Sent to ear-nose-throat doctor. Scope in throat revealed lots of redness and swelling (acid) Was sent to enterologist. Found out I had GERD. I take acid pills. Took a while for symptoms to disappear but now I feel great. I had scarring in esophagus. |
