I am glad you posted another note. I was wondering what happened to you and if your headache got better. Fortunately, you had the presence of mind to go to the ER and get a diagnosis! I, too, had hyponatremia (low blood sodium levels) following pit surgery. I wrote about my experience on this chat board under the topic "acromegaly aftermath". Being re-admitted to the hospital is no fun. I take it that you live in the Pittsburgh area? I live in West Palm Beach, FL, but had the surgery September 1 with Kassam at UPMC.
