Ok, I really appreciate the info, maybe its time to contact them. The Novalis Radiation seems like a good option though, here are the odds Dr. Post and Dr. Germano gave me at Mt. Sinai
 
90% chance of killing the remaining adenoma
70 -80 % chance of bringing my GH levels into the normal range
30% chance of killing the pituitary meaning I would be on hormone replacement
2% chance of swelling requiring Dexamethasone for 1 month to reduce the swelling
 
I would love to avaoid another surgery as the first one went so smotthly and I don't want to press my luck. Also, operating so close to a major artery makes me really nervous! All in all I feel fine, my IGF-1 is at 400 which is not terribly high. My oonly symtom thus far has been jaw growth. How are you doing? Do you have your endo level checked often to make sure there isn't another occurance?
