Hi Judy I was looking through the posts and just saw your reply to my message in May....I am off cortisol now but found out my thyroid was low so I am now on Armour Thyroid 60mg but I think I need more. I took a 25mcg levothyroxine that I had left over and started feeling so much better. My aches and pains are almost gone and I feel much better but i don't think my doctor would be happy with me for not following what he told me to do. I only have a few of the levothyroid left so I will taper off. I gained about 15 lbs when I was on the cortisol and have not lost it yet! I feel like I'm doing something wrong by taking the levothyroxine but I will be done with it soon. Hope your cortisol is doing good and everything else. Have a Merry Christmas! Lindab |
