Yup... but don't take it personal. Maybe they didn't respond because you posted a reply that opened a window on a possibility that none of them thought about, and none of them knew about.... so they didn't know what to say. For all you know, you may have helped another enough for them to ask their doctor about some symptoms they were too scared to ask their doctor about.
