Ya'll are so funny... what do the profits go to? Don't worry... this isn't a get rich quick thing... lol.

As you have probably realized as the others have,  there aren't any awareness kinds of items for pituitary diseases or tumors unless you go to the PTNA and go with their slogan that Sex is a nine letter word... (PITUITARY).

I've been asked for months and months to set up items for folks to wear that help raise awareness for pituitary diseases. Its just that for months, the cost outlay  to do such as thing  as custom bands and pins is pretty significant for an individual. If my hubby ever sees the receipts, he will wring my neck... lol.

The online store costs me 7 bucks a month. I've adjusted postage down (again) to reflect what it is really costing me (not including the time and trouble) for a stamp, an envelope, and a piece of paper for a receipt.

I realize I could quite possibly end up with a closet of unwanted "awareness items".

Let's see here...So... how much have I spent? At least 1000 U.S. so far... But.. rest assured,  I've been thinking of donating "profits" - if they ever appear, to a charitable organization related to our disease, or, in the short term, have additional new products made (unfortunately, most want a minimum order of 200 pieces).

I am very aware that I could end up with a closet full of unwanted pituitary awareness things... lol.

I did though, decide to donate 20% off the top to a not-for-profit pituitary organization (of my choice), and sent the first e-check on Friday.

If I ever recoup my costs, I'll be more than happy to send additional donations. .
