Weird Symptoms...help???

Hello! I am having odd symptoms. I have no idea if they are related but here it goes. Last week I started having numbness and needles in my face (feels like it is waking up from the novicane at the dentist), my eye feels as if it is drooping but it is not, my arms and hands are going numb and aching at the joints. I have had tremmors in the past but the Neurologist could never figure it out, however, I do not think he tried very hard sonce he did not do anything-:) Anyone ever had these type of symptoms?
