Post-op concerns to keep in mind?

Hi!  I just had my non-secreting tumor removed last Tuesday, the 11th, by Dr. Wright at Virginia Hospital Center -- I think I was in very good hands!  He and my endo have been in close communication with eachother before and since the surgery, which makes me feel like it'm being well taken care of..  I was released after just 60 hours in the hospital, and so far, so good, although I haven't had my follow-up meeting yet; that's on Saturday.

I was wondering what kinds of things I should be watching for / concerned about post op?  I have this apt and another at 6 weeks out, and I have an MRI somewhere in there too.   I do have the diabetes insipidus that so many other have mentioned. Several people have mentioned hydrocortisone, which I'm on and should taper off next week.  Anything else to watch for?

Just thought there might be some sage advice from others who have been there before me!  Thanks, Jen
