Sue- just a quick thought here- you say you can't tolorate your thyroid meds & want to know why? Is the med an iodine solution? If so, some people are allergic to iodine- (I'm not sure what the meds for thyroid are, but it sounds like maybe you have an allergic reaction to them possibly)
