Sounds a lot like my stay in the hospital. Blood pressure was high, did develop diabetic insipidus, after a week in ICU was sent to regular room and was schedualed to go home the next day but got very sick that night. Dr thought I might have picked up menangitis so he did a spinal tap to get a culture. Took 5 days to get culture reading back. Culture reading finally came back negative and was released the next day. What a nightmare!!!!
Now I am home resting and taking a lot of meds, hydrocortisone, synthroid, DDAVP, and androgel. It'sa full time job just keeping up w/ all the meds. Have an appt with surgean on the 9th and one w/ my endo on the 15th. Im hoping my endo will reduce some of these meds and not increase them. She was talking about putting me on GH. I don't like the idea of sticking myself w/ a needle every day though.
I hopeeverything works out for you and you start feeling better. Remember to take it easy. This is your rest time.
