The depot has been available for awhile... My endo put me on the daily injections as soon as I finished my radiation therapy. He wanted to switch me to the depot two years ago but the insurance I had at the time wouldn't cover it, so I ended up stuck on the daily. My suggestion would be to talk to your doc about the options, but do your homework first so you don't get lost in translation.
