I, too, have some pain, mostly joints - knuckles of the fingers, shoulders, knees... My endo said it's because the growth hormone effects the cartilage in the joints and it's kind of like an arthritic pain... They had me on Vioxx until they took that off the market and now I'm on Piroxicam. It helps some, but not like the Vioxx did. In addition I use Aleve when it gets extreme.
I hope it gets better for you, in the meantime though talk to your doctor about some medication for it.
