New Message on Pituitary Chat I was BORN with panhypopituitarism condition Reply   Reply to Sender   Recommend Message 8 in Discussion From: Jubilone11 Why did you say that if I don't take GH it will increase mortality due to cardiovascular disease?  Are you saying that because I don't take GH that I might die?   Have you heard of people with panhypopitutirarism dying from not taking GH?  Females?   reduced muscle mass and strength  - I am experiencing this reduced bone mass and strength - I have osteopenia, I use to have osteoporosis in 2004. reduced physical, mental, and social energy and resilience  - I don't like to be around anyone..I don't like to socialize with others that much.  I will socialize on the internet but not in public.  I have anxiety attacks sometimes when I am stressed out...but I don't increase the dosage of my Cortef (hydrocortisone medication)  some other forum members from different forum said I should take more Cortef when I am stressed out about work or whatever. impaired concentration and loss of memory - I concentrate very well...my memory is great. mild depression - I am sometimes sad but I don't know why...I don't have any joy sometimes. neuralgic arthralgias - What is this? increased body fat, particularly around the waistline  - Yes I have a lean body but I have increased body fact around my waistline and my stomach looks bloated at times. increased cholesterol - Never been checked that I know of. increased mortality due to cardiovascular disease  - I am scared about this?  Is this true?  How long do people live with panhypopituitarism without and with taking GH?
