I am sorry to hear about your symptoms. I am having problems with seizure like symptoms, this past thurs. I passed out, paramedic came to me to ER again. Hosp. dr. was annoyed because he has seen me before. He also did not test. He would not talk to my neuro on the phone. My neuro said that is it we are transferring your case to UCSF medica. Anyway, endo, neuro and endo, and 2nd opinion dont know why these symptoms are happending. So I think its the anti anxiety meds so with my doctor's and 2nd endo direction i'm slowly cutting down, but symptoms worsen. I have diff symtoms than you but same problem of how much of this can I take. Here are some suggestions. 1. cry when you have to. 2. try to join a support group or make some contact. In fact my health net ins. health coach said there is a group called National Organization for Rare Disorders where you can contact for a local support group. 1 800 999-6673 or (203) 744-0100. 3. listen to relaxing music when you have some difficulty. This keeps the attention off your symptoms. I bought Indian chants and I also love the sound track of Garden State. Listen to music use head phones. 4. Pray if not religious meditate or both. 5. Go out and breath, or even sit on bench. 6. Talk to a friend or neighbor. 7. Get a yoga tape and do what ever you can. Even if it is seating on chair and breathe while looking at it. Again, I'm sorry you are going through this. Alex |
