Hi.
I too am interested in alternative measures. I haven't had a period in 7 months and just had my MRI and they found an 11mm adenoma. Anyway, I am on bromo and it isn't really bothering me, but I just hate the idea of long term medication. I am starting acupuncture this weekend and she is also an herbalist. Will let you know if anything comes of it. I am definitely interested to know which holistic med worked for you.
