Hint: I find it useful to send the info to the MD prior to the appointment so they are familar with the issues prior to seeing you - that way they do not take-up valuable appointment time reviewing the info. i always fax my a medication list and list of concerns prior to any appointments then taken a copy with me. During the appointment, I hand the list of concerns to the MD to make sure that everything is covered.
