EXCLUSION....Not Decision...Still a chance?

There is always a chance. Exclusion is actually still a decision, it was just made prior to the contract being executed. Is your policy through work, or self-insurance? Sometimes fighting the exculision/decision becomes a issue of quality of life/medical necessity. Many drug companies have programs to cover situations like this, you may quailfy for assistance through them. Montel Williams is very active in the prescription coverage/lack of cause. He has a commercial about it, I just can't remember the name of the company that helps people in this situation, sorry. Maybe a web search on Montel Williams will provide it. |
