Vericose Veins Ques.

This is minor compared to everything else we all go through, but does anyone know any relation to pit tumors (I have a macro prolactinoma) and vericose veins? I know they are hereditary, and I've had mine for a long time - but they were mild. It wasn't until I was diagnosed (my prolactin level was 14,400) and undergoing radiation, did they get out of control. The vericose veins in my legs became so bad that I developed excema and ulcers on the skin. They are being treated with laser & injections treatments, so hopefully they get better. If I can get the 24/7 itching under control, that's one less thing to deal with - and that's a big deal in our world.

I haven't read anything specific, but I have seen that pregnant women (I'm a man, so I hope I'm not pregnant :), are prone to vericose veins due to hormone changes. Any insight? Thanks.
