Congrats Judy on getting the GH! As far as what to expect, I was unable to even get a nurse to come to my area to show me how to inject so was on my own. It should come with a kit that has a booklet and instructional cd to help you out with all your questions. If you have the same amount of brain fog I did at that time, you will need to read the directions everytime you change the cartridge. They say to rotate the injections from thigh to stomach to arm, but I always inject into the same thigh with no problems...just move it over a little. I don't think most people feel anything after their first shots. I had no side effects or positive results for the first 6 weeks. I started feeling better at that point, but some people take much longer to see results. The injections are not that bad...tiny needle, so usually not painful. Its sooo worth it when you see the results. I hope you feel better soon! Elaine |
