Hello Minnie, hello Judy. I started taking GH back in 2003, and I had
to stop using it after 6 months. I had all the bad side effects --
swelling, headaches, carpal tunnel, etc. But, the good news is, I
started GH again in December. This time, my doctor had me start at a very
low dose (.15, 3 times per week). Then we slowly added more GH, and more
days. For example, after 2 weeks, I did .15 every other day, then every
day. Then, in another 2 weeks, I upped the dosage to .2, and so on.
Now, it is March, and I take .35 every day, and I have very few side
effects.

Judy, what dose are you on? Have you tried slowing increasing the
dosage to give your body a chance to get used to it?

Another thing, I now use Norditropin. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Marcia
