It is stressful waiting for these things. Impressions: Stable appearance of the hypoenhancing 6mm lesion within the pituitary gland seen eccentrically toward the left compatible with a macroadenoma (not sure why they say 6mm & macro unless it has something to do with it being "within" the gland?) The pituitary gland itself is within normal limits in size and there is no mass effect on the optic chiasm. (Thank God) Now does anyone know if they will do something about my little George????
