I am planning on traveling next month and was wondering how to go with the GH. I will only be gone 3 days, so I may just skip it until I get home. I would almost rather be off of it all together. Like I mentioned in earlier posts, the joint pain and some muscle pains have increased and if I don't take my Naproxen or Vicodin, I suffer seriously with pain. Like someone had mentioned earlier, maybe I should look into changing the type of GH. I take Humatrope, so maybe another kind would work better. I have started at the 3 clicks and went down to 1 , then 3, then 2, then 1, and have been on 2 for a long time now. I am doing ok with that, but I know that long term, it won't raise my GH levels being that low of a dose. Thanks Minnie on your suggestion about seeing my ENT. I went to my regular doc and she prescribed some antibiotics for a sinus infection. I was on a very high dose of it too, and it didn't help. But I eventually got better because I found out my CPAP machine pressure was too high and I didn't have a humidifier like with my old one. Problem solved now. Got one with a humidifier and a lower pressure. Whew!
