If not, you need to have them tested. If your LH:FSH ratio is high, you could have PCOS. You may want to consult a reproductive endo. I also deal with the acne & hirsuitism. I have high testosterone, high LH:FSH ratio, and high DHEA. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2003. I do not have the PCOS "string of pearls" in my ovaries, however. I have cystic tumors. I have cysts in my ovaries that burst several times a month. PAIN. Do you have any problems with your cycle? Do you have excess pain? I hope you receive the answers to your questions, soon.
