It's possible  you might be deficient in an adrenal hormone called Aldostrone.  
This hormone works to regulate salt/water balance, blood pressure and a few 
other things.   I know when I feel dizzy my blood pressure is always low and I 
need to take a mineral cortisol called Florinef.  That's the brand name of the 
medicine.  I also take cortef but that is a glucco-cortisol and the two kinds 
of cortisols are very different.   If you get a blood test for aldostrone also 
be sure they include renin...it's helpful to see them in conjunction with one
