Crystal,   I'm not familiar with the medicine you are taking, but I'm wondering 
why your doctor didn't include checking  your IGF-1 (insulin growth factor - 1) 
which is the most accurate measurement of your growth hormone level, or your 
ACTH & cortisol levels?   A deficiency in growth hormone or cortisol  could be 
why you're feeling so bad.  Are you seeing a pituitary specialist?  If not, you 
really need to.     I know it's hard to find a good one.  It seems so many 
endos are either focused on reproductive hormones, or thyroid, or diabetes,  
blah, blah, blah.......I think is just an indicator of how complicated the 
endocrine system is..... :)  Gina
