Minnie, Thank you so much for the advice! Those are good things to remember. I
do get the sleepies between 1-3 So I'm sure I will be going for a breath of
fresh air. Also avoid bad carbs at lunchtime. A good friend of mine works there
also, we will be riding together. She is a good support system. I already
bought my notebooks to take with me for notes and to write everything down.
Otherwise I don't trust myself to remember. Your absolutley right about
living our lives not the disease. I think I have been living the disease the
last several months, and it's depressing and a downer, I'm going to turn that
around! I think If you get up and get moving first thing in the mornning it
helps also. Hair, makeup, etc. I actually have done that everyday this week, I
did feel better this week! I still am dealing with alot of muscle and joint
pain, dang it, I wish that would go away. It can drag you down some days. But
I'm really going to give this my best
effort, it is a good opportunity with really good benefits. So wish me luck
everyone! By the way, I'm going to start going to a wellness dr. he thinks I
will be a challenge for him, but he says he can make me feel normal. We will
see, once my new insurance kicks in I will go see him, and share what I find
out. Melissa
