You definitely need to see an endo who has lots of expertise with cushings. Minnie has mentioned several really good endos. Another one is Dr Ted Friedman in Los Angeles. I don't know where you live, but it's worth traveling to find help as soon as possible. You'd think after being diagnosised once and having had pit surgery, it wouldn't be so hard to prove a reoccurance. Where do you live? Have you gone to the cushings website to look at docs former patients have recommended on their "helpful docs" by State listing?
