----------------------------------------------------------- From: liltrubin Message 2 in Discussion <WBR>Dear WittleMonkey2: Hi! I would not worry. The more comprehensive the blood work the better off you are-:) Keep in mind those ranges cover your adult average size male and I do not know about you but I am nowhere near the average size male-:) I am only 4'11. Plus we all have different sensitivities to hormone changes. You could be in he normal range yet experiencing symptoms. Relax, no worries, they probably was to check everything possible to pin point the cause of your symptoms. I am sure that is what you want as well. I know some people who have symptoms of hair loss and brittle nails have tried a good pre-natal vitamin and did have success with that. That is an easy cheesy thing to try while they are trying to pin point the cause. I would do it! We are compromised anyway, so a good vitamin could not hurt-:) HUGS, Tina WWittleMonkey2 ittleMonkey2 -----Original Message----- From: WittleMonkey2 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: Pituitary Chat <[email protected]> Sent: Thu, 4 Oct 2007 8:05 pm Subject: Blood test question.. ----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat ----------------------------------------------------------- From: WittleMonkey2 Message 1 in Discussion I just went to a new Endo today and which he said he would take a Full Panel Thyroid blood spot hormone test.. what all is that? I know my regular Dr did a normal thyroid test and said everything looked fine, but yet I have all the signs such as thinning hair, brittle nails, can not handle cold, weight gain, no memory.. blah blah. So if a normal test looks fine could there still be something there?? ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/PituitaryChat/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
