----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: PT3688041 Message 3 in Discussion I had cyberknife at Stanford in August. I think that cyberknife is newer technology and does not require that the frame be screwed into your head. They fabricate a mesh mask - you can open your eys and look out. They attach the mask to the table and then you lay there being bored staring at the ceiling for about 45 minutes while the machine does its thing. I think that the results are comparable. Sometimes certain facilities push whatever technology they have. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/PituitaryChat/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
