I wasn't having much luck on finding information about pituitary cysts and their link to high Prolactin. I have a just-over 1 cm cyst on the right side of my pituitary gland. I have been having daily headaches now for about a year. I talked to a surgeon as Mass. General who said that the headaches may or may not be related to the cyst. I just recently started taking Dostinex to lower my prolactin (barely higher than normal - @ 36) in a last ditch effort to get rid of my headaches without surgery. Prior to your surgery or bromo treatment, did you have any trouble with headaches, vision problems, etc? Have you had any re-growth since your surgery?
