Well, sounds normal! On a good day at my endo it takes at least an hour to 
get to a room and on a bad day I am in the waiting area for over 1 1/2 hours! I 
also had some post op issue with my surgeons office but no regrets and would 
use 
the same surgeon all over again. What I normally do is fax my requests and list 
what number the attempt is. I often get better service that way-:) Hang in 
there!
