All my hormones went down, 2 months after surgery my testosterone increased but cortisol remained 3 times lower than before surgery. Right now I use cortef 10mg upon awakening and 5mg at 4 pm. Dr Arafah told that all I can do is just wait till January and see if pituitary recover. I want to be active though and try to explore alternative medicine to see if it helps to heal my pituitary. Follow-up care at University of Utah medical center (I had surgery there) was bad.
