ALL my doctors said the same thing!!!!! My anterior lobe was covered my the
tumor and pushing on it so much that my blood flow was decreased causing all my
symptoms!!!!!! None of my docs felt this had anything to do with the tumor!!!!!
I became completely disabled due to this thing. I could not drive for a year or
function normally AT ALL!!!! I did not give up and found a surgeon who I was
confident could remove the tumor and he did. ALL GONE and now EVERY hormone is
back to normal and my vision is back!!!!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend that
you do not go through what I went through before you do something about it!!!!!

HUGS,
Tina

A recent MRI:" Findings involving the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland
would be most compatible with underlying microdenoma with thinning and
deepening of the sella floor with soft tissue intensity projected along the
roof of the sphenoid sinuses. These findings should be correlated with the
pateint;s endocrine profile. Findings such as this typically undergo MR
surveillance which could be reasonably obtained in 4-6 months time. No
suprasellar or parasellar abnormalities are otherwise seen. The infundibulum is
noted to be slightly thickened but probably top normal."

Had my first trip to the Endo office today. Was told that 35% of people have
these and it's not a problem. My symptoms: headache, blurred vision, ringing in
the head, imbalance at times, facial cheek pain, tingling in legs, hand pain,
and feeling of movement when recling to relax for sleeping.

Does anyone have any comments?
