The only thing that has helped with reducing them was advice from my internist. He suggested the minute I feel any sinus problems coming on I should over hydrate-drink 1-2 gallons of water a day along with using saline nasal spray. He said it would help keep the nasal mucus liquid and moving, thereby avoiding the chance for pockets of infection. It has helped reduce the number of sinus infections I get.
