Hi there,

I'm 28 and I've been suffering from anxiety since i was in junior high. I have
a prolactinoma as well and i believe it definitely has contributed to
anxiety...especially growing up when I "learned" how to feel this way (when i
wasn't properly treated for my tumor)
I've tried valium and it seems to take the edge off, but most often I take
herbal tea... a couple times a day. You can go to your local health store and
find lots, but you can also find some at regular grocery stores. I know how
you feel, and you're not alone. Just start taking little steps to reach your
goals and it will get better. It can be so overwhelming at times. I recently
have gone to hypnotherapy and it has helped tremendously. Just make sure all
your "levels" are checked out with your endo because if they are off just a
little, I noticed increases my anxiety.

Hang in there...you can do it!
Kelsey
