WHAT?!? ----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat ----------------------------------------------------------- From: NEVILLE_NOBODY Message 7 in Discussion Dear Mommyof8, How do I classify myself. Am I Depressive or just Apathetic. My situation differs a little from yours but the symptoms are similar. My mother suffered a nervous breakdown and was placed in a mental institution, so during that period I was placed in a catholic children's home (5 years) and was subjected to molestation and all the other sick things the superiors could get away with. All through my life I have felt worthless. I was recently diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress syndrome. I am at a stage where life has little meaning to me. I think I am going through one of those downer periods. (wake up to yourself) Is this the tumour activating or just my stupid thought process. Sorry for getting off the beaten track. I don't think the tumour is inherited, I think you bring it on yourself by your body's inability to cope due to stresses you impose upon yourself. I worked for 30 years in the paper manufacturing industry and was exposed to chemicals such as Dioxin, Formaldahyde, Caustic, just to name a few. Did these contribute to my tumour. Seems only God knows. My company doctor said that I was just "one stressed out person", and sent me to a psychologist for twelve months for therapy (her final analysis - "he suffers from stress"). (what a waste of company funds) Obviously this my makeup. Does a partially resected Pituitary Macroadenoma = being irresponsible, reclusive, suicidal tendencies, emotional, angry, lack self worth, vague, shakes, no energy, are these my lot. I say, why did I get a pit tumour. Because I deserve it. God loves you all & so do I, cheers, Aussie Nev. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/PituitaryChat/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
