I have a problem with blacking out when I stand up. My dr never associated
the two things. It is really bad when I am hot, stresses, or don’t drink a
TON of water.

The world latterly goes black, and I have to put my head down or I will
faint.

I also notice when I get ear infections, or have a lot of pressure in my
ears (I have really bad allergies and am ALWAYS congested so this can be
often) I can get vertigo.

birth i discovered a high prolactin level, around 90 (i give or take).  did
some mild meds it did not come down (maybe in the 70-90 range at this
point).  after 2 years of ignoring it (yes i am very good at that) i went to
an endocronologist and had an mri.  i was told they saw nothing, but a
micro-growth had to be there... level wa   no one ever called it by name.
i ignored it.   2 years ago i mentioned to my dr that i was still having
some symptoms and he did a prolactin level test and it was around 60.
suggested another mri... i kind of ignored it... (i know, i know )   i am
getting headaches all the time, i keep saying it's allergies (and it could
be).  my dr does not 'seem' concerned.   i came off the pill about 2 years
ago, no periods... and sort of stoped seeing my ob, gyn (again i know)   so
here's the thing i keep wondering/worrying about this thing but
the first endo i saw kind of stunk...so i gave up....   at what point to i
have to seek help?   where do i go?   i live in NJ   i am always fighting
that extra 5-10 lbs (used to be tring to gain) but then again i am 43 now.
the headaches suck, but i have allergies get overwhelmed easily, used to be
more self assured stressed out alot, but i have a pre-teen i homeschool and
am with 24x7 for the last 10.5 years (her dad is in the picture but works
all the time and is 'elsewhere' in his head the other times so it is just
her and i)... so that could be the stress   i can excuse anything, but at
what point do i worry....   i know that going on the meds then comming off
is bad, surgery is not my thing (allergic to so many things it scares me),
and i am tired of worrying that something could happen to me and no one
would be there to care for my daughter (and i mean that litterly)    so now
what?
