----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: liltrubin Message 2 in Discussion That depends more on the type of tumor rather then the age of the patient and size of the tumor. I know a 6 year old child who has a 4cm tumor abd his Docs will not touch it. If she is having issues with her growth hormone levels you really might want to consider taking the pressure off of her gland. excess growth hormone can cause a host of health issues as she is growing up. I am sure you will know more after the MRI and blood work. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers!!!
