I would think that its not necessarily the size of the tumor but what part of 
the pituitary its affecting, though my own experience is from a pituitary 
problem that is not tumor related. What about your other labs? IGF1, TSH, 
cortisol, etc? Your symptoms point to a lot of hormones being low. Sometimes 
you need to look at the symptoms more than the test results. For example, even 
though I barely have a pituitary at all anymore, my cortisol tests have always 
been normal. Yet I almost died from a simple outpatient procedure because my 
cortisol bottomed out. So now I am on Prednisone and Cortef without bloodtests 
to say I need it. Your hormones can vary throughout the day.    Elaine
