much larger tumors before they become symptom."***   I must disagree with this 
because pituitry disease disrupts and can stop the menses in women.  This is an 
indicator to women that something is wrong and will cause many of them to seek 
treatment eariler in the disease process.  This is an importamt symptom that 
men just don't have.   My hope for you is that the Chiari specialists offer 
some effective treatments.  Please keep us informed.      Best to you,
