----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Willard1H Message 2 in Discussion Sorry Kstrip, We have no idea what you're talking about. WHO is misinforming us? Name names. Give us the titles or dates of such posts. Link to a page with the offending content. Copy and paste the text from such a message. Without specifics, we have to view your post as vague, pointless and suspect. I only found one %3 %20 message in General in the last few months. Nope. I used "Message Search" but found 11 pages of references to Dr. Shahinian in Los Angeles. Liltrubin notes on 08/03/2007, "I have been reading and reading and reading through the archives and boy a lot of people like Dr. Shahinian. I tried finding complaints against him etc. and he is like a Saint of something!!!! I cannot find one negative thing about him." Tina follows up on 01/10/2008, commenting, "I had my surgery with him on September 6, 2007 and I was to the point where I was completely disabled. Not even able to leave the house! The man gave me my life back!!!!!" Are you referring to an Oct. 2008 post by our board Manager MinnieChat? She says she consulted with him before her surgery, but chose experienced, certified neurosurgeons. "Dr. Shahinian is a general surgeon, board certified in general and plastic surgery." On May 9, 2005 Minnie lists three doctors. "These are board-certified neurosurgeons. Dr. Shahinian is a general surgeon who does skull base surgery. He is not a neurosurgeon. The PTNA is a paid listing. Their advertisements are paid. She continues, "I don't get hung up on approaches. I get hung up on results. The value of a dedicated pituitary neurosurgeon to handle pituitary tumors is well published." Explain yourself, please.
