Hi, I'm not sure if it means anything. But only a few months after I was 
diagnosed with a prolactinoma, my dad was diagnosed with a brain tumor 
(Meningioma). It was very close to his pituitary and was causing serious vision 
problems. I just thought it was weird that we both have similar situations. 

Well his had to be removed it was pretty big. Anyway, the surgery went well and 
he's fine now. It also lowered his blood pressure dramatically. 

I've often wondered if maybe just having tumors are genetic somehow. My son had 
a mass from his knee removed. It was a bone mass (benign). I don't know!
