Yup, this is the right place for now.

Pivot isn't integrated with any particular IDE, though we use Eclipse to 
develop Pivot itself as well as Pivot-based applications. We also provide an 
Ant script for command-line builds.

If you are asking specifically about a GUI builder, we don't have one available 
yet. It's on our to-do list for a future release, but there's no definitive 
timeline.

Unfortunately, our contract with our previous hosting provider was unexpectedly 
terminated, so that site no longer exists. All the content that was previously 
hosted there is now available at Apache, though.
